Real Estate Tours 3 hrs. up to 12 passengers. $375.00 Please call for Executive/ Corporate Concierge Service for pricing. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Payment & Cancellation Policy • A $150 deposit is required for all standard packages. • A $350 deposit is required for Weddings, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, and Prom Events. • All payment balances are due by the event day. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to additional charges.
